The Official Site has updated it’s online episode guide with over 5,00 words covering behind the scenes story for Series X. As anyone that has watched the excellent documentary on the Series X did will know, the production ran into all manner of difficulties right from the start and while it made for a tense production, it has certainly made for fascinating reading for fans in the aftermath of the show.
Seb Patrick’s walk through the making of the series is well worth a read and you may well find things that you had been previously unaware of. You can find it in the Series X section of the show guide, here.

Doug Naylor appears as a guest on a new edition of the ‘A Bit of a Chat With Ken Plume’ podcast. In the hour long podcast they discuss Red Dwarf X in depth and Doug updates fans on the current state of affairs as regards to a new series of the show. They also discuss all manner of other subjects from the trials and tribulations of trying to get the movie made to the questions of which Rimmer in is Back to Earth and whether the specials should be regarded as Series IX.
