- Red Dwarf X on DVD and Blu-Ray
Red Dwarf X is released in the UK on DVD and Blu-Ray tomorrow, Monday 19th November. The release includes multitudes of extra features that we have come to expect from Red Dwarf releases including a two hour documentary venturing into the trials and tribulations of the production. The Red Dwarf cast are beginning their publicity push for the DVD with appearances on the likes of ITV’s This Morning and Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff. Full information can be found here.
Other options for purchasing Series X are available. Series pass’ are available from iTunes in both High Definition (£12.99) and Standard Definition (£9.99). Individual episodes are available for £2.49 each. You can find Series X on iTunes here. Series X can also be found on the Playstation Network for the PS3 and PS Vita consoles, costing £1.89 per episode.

- Richard Naylor interview
Richard Naylor, co-producer on Series X and son of Doug Naylor, has participated in an interview with podcaster Ken Plume. He goes through some of the problems that faced the production in the making of Series X as well as his new pilot Music Land World.

- Dimension Jump XVII Update
The Official Red Dwarf Fan Club has announced a guest for next year’s Dimension Jump. Richard O’Callaghan will join the line-up that already contains Craig Charles, Chris Barrie, Danny John Jules, Robert Llewellyn, Rebecca Blackstone, Sidney Stevenson, Isla Ure, Tony Hawks, Alex Hardy, Simon Treves and Philip Labey and Bill Pearson. Registration for the event is £65 for current fan club members, and £80 for non-members. There are also special rates available to attendees for hotel rooms, and you can find details of how to book them, links to register and general info on the Dimension Jump website.
- Dwarfcast: Just the Interviews
Ganymede & Titan have released their latest Dwarfcast containing a compilation of all of their interviews recorded over the broadcast of Series X with main cast and crew members including Craig Charles, Doug Naylor, Bill Pearson (model-maestro), Rebecca Blackstone (Pree) and Steven Wickham (Lister’s Gelf bride and Chief Begg). - The Garbage Podcast: The Beginning
The latest edition of The Garbage Podcast is now available to download. With Series X having reached the final episode, The Garbage Podcast this week takes an in depth look at at The Beginning. Alex, James and Andrew discuss their views on the episode and take a look at the online reaction. It runs as our longest podcast yet with at least half of it actually discussing the episode.

A new episode of The Red Dwarf Introcast. This episode sees Heath, Angela, Shane, and Paul joined by Matt to review Timeslides. The episode is available to download and you can find them on the podcast’s website and is also available on iTunes.
- Craig Charles and Danny John-Jules are Pointless Celebrities
Craig Charles and Danny John-Jules teamed up for Saturday night gameshow Pointless Celebrities in which the goal is to gain as few points as possible with more obscure answers. The winners will see price money being donated to charity.
The show also featured Su Pollard & Jefferey Holland (Hi-Di-Hi), Jean Boht & Nick Conway (Bread) and Brendan O-Carroll & Jennifer Gibney (Mrs Brown’s Boys).

- Red Dwarf Pub Quiz
A Red Dwarf themed pub quiz is being held at The Oxford pub, Kentish Town, London. The quiz will be hosted by Lee Cornes, known by Red Dwarf fans as Lister’s Paranoia in the episode Confidence and Paranoia. The quiz will be held on Sunday 25th November. The proceeds of the quiz will go to charity. More information on ticket availability and cost can be found here.
- Danny John-Jules 125 mile Bike Challenge
Danny John-Jules has participated in a 125-mile bike ride to Valencia. The bike ride was on 125cc motorcycles, with just £125 to cover all fuel, food and accommodation. The purpose of the ride is to raise awareness for the charity Riders for Health and to promote motorcycling as an affordable and viable means of transport.

- A Brief History Of Time Travel
Official Site writer and ex-Ganymede & Titan member Seb Patrick has written a six-part sci-fi radio sitcom with James Hunt. The show will feature Robert Llewellyn as the Narrator. The Kickstarter campaign to produce the series has reached the goal of £3000 and has now been extended. Any further funding to the Kickstarter campaign will be funneled into improving various elements of the production.
The Kickstarter campaign will end on the 30th November.

The plot, such as it was, involved Lister waiting on hold on the telephone for the entire episode as he tried to buy a “Stirmaster” coffee-stirring gadget from a shopping channel, while he and the other three explored a mysteriously abandoned ship.
