Dear Dave Overnight Rating
The overnight ratings are in for Episode 5 of the new series. ‘Dear Dave’ was viewed by 1.082m people across Dave and Dave Ja Vu in its initial airing. This is up nearly 0.1m on last week. Not including Dave Ja Vu it clocks in as Dave’s fifth highest overnight rating behind 4 new episodes of Red Dwarf (‘Back to Earth’ Episode 1, ‘Trojan’, ‘Fathers and Suns’ and ‘Lemons’).
At the same time competition was lower than last week.
BBC One drama Hunted fell even further from last week from 3.22m to 3.08m.
ITV1 drama Homefront clocked in yet another poor primetime rating for ITV with just 2.46m at the 9pm hour, though this is a good third of a million up on last week.
BBC Two had a strong performance with their new documentary series Operation Iceberg. It recorded 2.71m viewers in the 9pm hour.
Russell Howard’s Good News was over 0.2m up on the previous week to 0.925m viewers in the 9pm hour.
Lemons Consolidated Ratings
Several of the consolidated figures for ‘Lemons’ are in.
The first Dave airing on Thursday at 9pm achieved 1.16m on the overnight. This risen nearly 0.4m to 1.519m in the final consolidated figure.
The Dave Ja Vu airing on Thursday at 10pm had an overnight of 0.068m. This risen to 0.106m in the final consolidated figure.
The second Dave airing on Thursday at 11:40pm achieved a consolidated figure of 0.457m. This is another impressive figure for such a late night slot.
The third Dave airing on Saturday at 10pm achieved a consolidated figure of 0.487m.
Adding the available consolidated figures together shows that 2.57m people have viewed Red Dwarf in some form across the multiple airings.
